About the Role:
PMTS Private Limited is seeking a skilled and motivated SAP HCM Consultant to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP HCM modules, ensuring seamless HR processes and system efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAP HCM modules including Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.
Participate in end-to-end SAP HCM implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements.
Provide functional support during testing, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
Ensure system accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with organizational policies.
Prepare detailed documentation, user manuals, and training materials for end-users.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules – OM, PA, TM, and Payroll Configuration.
Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory compliance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Nice to Have:
Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or SAP S/4HANA.
SAP HCM Certification from a recognized institute.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
