Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resource Generalist (Male) to manage and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of HR processes, and the ability to maintain compliance while supporting employee engagement and development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage core HR operations including attendance, employee records, and payroll coordination. Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and company policies. Support and maintain employee relations across departments, handling grievances and queries professionally. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and employee engagement programs. Participate in training and development initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness. Maintain accurate HR documentation and reports to ensure audit readiness. Collaborate with leadership to support organizational growth and HR strategy. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). 1–5 years of experience in HR Operations or Generalist roles, preferably in the IT industry. Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and labor regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS systems. Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
