The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless employee experience while driving compliance, efficiency, and collaboration across teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities. Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely salary disbursements. Maintain and update employee records in HRMS platforms (e.g., KEKA, ZOHO). Handle HR operations and vendor management, ensuring compliance and timely payments. Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal cultural events. Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards using MS Excel and related tools. Address employee queries promptly to ensure a positive workplace experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline. 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles. Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (KEKA, ZOHO preferred). Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Canva for reporting and internal communications. Strong communication, organizational, and people management skills. Ability to multitask and manage vendor relations effectively.
