As part of our growing team, we are seeking an HR Generalist who will play a key role in managing core HR operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering an engaging and collaborative work culture. Position Overview: The HR Generalist will be responsible for handling recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee engagement while ensuring seamless HR operations and compliance across the organization. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about people management and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding. Oversee new hire onboarding, documentation, and induction processes. Coordinate with the finance team for payroll inputs and processing. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, and team-building activities. Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. Handle employee relations, addressing queries, and ensuring a positive workplace environment. Ensure HR compliance with statutory and organizational regulations. Assist in performance management, confirmations, and exit formalities. Required Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles. Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll coordination, and employee relations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple priorities, and work independently. A proactive and detail-oriented professional with a positive, team-first attitude.
