We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive and Generalist to join our Human Resources department and support organizational growth through efficient HR operations and people management. Position Overview: The HR Executive & Generalist will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting both management and employees. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Manage attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll coordination. Support the implementation of HR policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.). Plan and organize employee engagement and training initiatives. Coordinate with department heads to fulfill HR requirements and resolve employee queries. Assist in the performance appraisal process and related documentation. Ensure smooth execution of all HR operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Preferred Candidate Profile: 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, generalist activities, or recruitment (FMCG experience preferred). Strong understanding of HR processes, statutory compliance, and documentation. Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple HR functions efficiently. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
