Position Overview: The HR Executive & Generalist will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, recruitment, training coordination, and employee engagement. This role offers a great opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of HR management within a fast-paced tech environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with department managers to manage recruitment and training processes. Support employee relations and assist in performance management activities. Conduct and manage HR generalist activities, including onboarding, documentation, and employee queries. Coordinate HR operations, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Assist in planning employee engagement initiatives and HR communication activities. Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Human Resources specialization preferred). 0–1 year of experience in HR operations, coordination, or generalist roles (freshers may apply). Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Good understanding of HR fundamentals and willingness to learn new tools and processes. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a positive attitude.
