Description

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred. 1–2 years of experience in corporate legal roles (experience in tech/IT sector preferred). Mandatory: Experience in Patent Law and IP-related matters. Strong understanding of contracts, corporate law, intellectual property law, and compliance frameworks. Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation abilities. Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, NDAs, vendor documents, and other legal papers. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company laws, IT laws, IP regulations, and data protection norms. Manage and file patent applications; coordinate with patent attorneys or IP agencies. Conduct due diligence and legal research related to intellectual property, licensing, and IT regulations. Maintain and organize company legal records, licenses, and statutory documents. Liaise with external counsels, government authorities, and regulatory bodies. Provide legal support to internal departments like HR, Finance, Operations, and Tech teams. Handle legal notices, correspondence, and assist in resolving disputes or contract negotiations.
