About the Role
Technorucs is seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Generalist with hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role requires strong communication, coordination skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT and non-IT positions.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals and professional networks.
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and closure.
2. Onboarding & Joining Formalities
Manage pre-onboarding documentation and verification.
Conduct new hire orientation sessions and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
Prepare employee files, HRMS entries, and ID creation.
3. HR Operations & Employee Relations
Handle day-to-day HR operations including leave, attendance, and employee queries.
Address employee grievances and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate employee records and support HR policy implementation.
4. Employee Engagement
Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication events.
Contribute to culture-building initiatives and employee satisfaction programs.
5. Generalist Activities
Support payroll inputs by coordinating attendance and leave data.
Assist in exit formalities including resignation acceptance and clearance process.
Support management in HR audits and documentation requirements.
Required Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Educational Qualification
PG: MBA/PGDM in HR / Industrial Relations (preferred).
