About the Role
Pioneer Enterprises (India) is looking for an energetic and experienced HR Executive & Generalist who can independently manage the recruitment process, HR operations, employee life cycle, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should be an immediate joiner with strong communication skills and prior experience working in a plant/manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and final selection.
Liaise with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.
2. Onboarding & Employee Life Cycle Management
Execute pre-joining formalities, documentation, and induction processes.
Manage confirmations, transfers, role changes, and separation procedures.
Maintain and update HRMS and employee databases.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Management
Monitor attendance, manage leave records, and handle shift/roster coordination.
Prepare accurate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, deductions, etc.).
Ensure timely salary processing in coordination with the accounts department.
4. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Support resolution of employee concerns and maintain a positive workplace environment.
Facilitate communication between employees and management.
5. Compliance & Labor Law Management
Ensure adherence to statutory norms—PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Factory Act, and other labor compliances.
Maintain compliance documentation, audits, and statutory reporting for plant HR.
6. Training & Development
Identify training needs along with department heads.
Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
Maintain training calendars and evaluation reports.
7. HR Operations & Coordination
Support HR policy implementation across departments.
Prepare HR reports including attrition, attendance, recruitment status, and HR metrics.
Ensure smooth HR coordination within the plant and office teams.
Required Candidate Profile
1–4 years of experience in HR Generalist/plant HR roles.
Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Hands-on experience in payroll, attendance, and grievance handling.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Education
PG: MBA/PGDM in HR / Industrial Relations (preferred).
