About the Role
Techies Infotech is looking for enthusiastic and people-oriented individuals to join our Human Resources team as HR Interns. This 6-month internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and policy implementation.
This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or budding HR professionals who want to kickstart their career in HR management. Exceptional performers will be offered a full-time HR Executive role upon successful completion of the internship.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting telephonic interviews, and coordinating interview schedules.
* Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
* Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
* Help with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
* Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, events, and HR activities.
* Assist in drafting HR policies, notices, and compliance-related documentation.
* Help organize learning, training, and development programs for employees.
* Conduct basic research on HR trends, tools, and industry best practices.
* Support cross-functional teams and ensure smooth communication between departments.
Candidate Requirements
* Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* Basic understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and labor laws.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRMS tools is a plus.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Eagerness to learn HR tools, processes, and best practices.
* Prior internship or project experience in HR will be an added advantage.
