This internship provides hands-on exposure to data analysis, business reporting, dashboard creation, process optimization, and supporting strategic decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or aspiring data/analytics professionals who want to build a strong foundation in business analytics. Top performers will be offered a full-time role as Business Analyst / Business Analytics Executive after successful completion of the internship. *Key Responsibilities* * Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources. * Support in preparing business reports, dashboards, and performance summaries. * Analyze business trends and provide insights to support decision-making. * Help in documenting business requirements, processes, and analytical findings. * Work closely with internal teams to understand business challenges and data needs. * Support in creating visualizations using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau. * Conduct market and competitor research to assist in strategic recommendations. * Evaluate business processes and suggest improvements backed by data. * Maintain data accuracy, prepare weekly MIS reports, and assist with automation tasks. * Learn and work with tools such as SQL, Excel, BI dashboards, and project tracking platforms. *Candidate Requirements* * Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Basic understanding of data analysis concepts, reporting, and visualization techniques. * Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus. * Good communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment. * Eagerness to learn analytics tools, business reporting, and data-driven frameworks. * Prior internship, academic project, or hands-on experience in analytics will be an added advantage. *Perks and Benefits* * Real-time exposure to business analytics, reporting, and decision-support activities. * Mentorship and guidance from experienced Business Analysts and Data professionals. * Internship certificate upon successful completion. * Pre-placement offer (CTC – ₹3 LPA) based on performance and final assessment.
