The Human Resource Generalist role focuses on maintaining seamless HR operations while contributing to process automation and data-driven improvements. 💡 Role Overview The HR Generalist will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations—from hire to retire—while ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance, and process enhancement. This role requires strong analytical skills, data management capabilities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. 🛠 Key Responsibilities Manage daily HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities. Handle issuance of employment letters, confirmation letters, and other employee lifecycle documents. Collaborate with technical teams to drive AI-based process improvements and enhance employee experience. Coordinate with Recruitment, HRBP, Oracle, IT, Admin, and Operations teams for smooth HR functioning. Work on HR data and analytics—collecting, analyzing, and interpreting datasets to support process improvements. Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and insights for decision-making. Identify data-related errors and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with company standards, HR policies, and process controls. 🎯 Required Skills & Competencies 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR operations/administration in a multinational company. Strong understanding of compliance, process controls, and HR operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. High attention to detail and ownership mindset. Customer-centric and collaborative approach. Understanding of process automation, quality frameworks, and HR systems (preferred). 🎓 Education & Qualifications UG: Any Graduate (Any Specialization) 🔑 Preferred Skills 1+ years experience in HR services or HR operations. Knowledge of HRMS/HR systems. Self-driven and able to work independently.
