This role requires strong documentation skills, compliance knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 🛠 Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Employee Lifecycle Management (onboarding to exit). Maintain and update HR documentation, employee files, and HR records. Handle attendance, leave management, and related HR operations. Support salary calculation, payroll inputs, and HR data accuracy. Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and organizational guidelines. Coordinate onboarding activities — documentation, induction, ID creation, and system setup. Assist with statutory processes, HR audits, and policy implementation. Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and cross-functional teams. Work closely with management to improve HR processes and employee experience. 🎯 Required Skills & Competencies Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations or HR Executive role. Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance. Good knowledge of leave management, payroll inputs, and HR documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
