About the Company IP Websoft is a growing IT solutions company committed to delivering high-quality products and services. We are looking for a dedicated and organised HR Generalist to support our expanding team and oversee day-to-day HR operations with efficiency and professionalism. Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. Oversee onboarding, induction, employee records, and HR documentation. Handle attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and compliance-related data. Maintain HR trackers, employee files, and internal databases. Support employee engagement programs, team events, and internal communication. Assist with vendor coordination and general office administration. Address employee queries and provide daily HR support across departments. Requirements / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles (IT industry preferred). Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and documentation. Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll inputs. Key Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace. Ability to multitask and work independently with high attention to detail. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Experience with HRMS/HR tools will be an added advantage. Benefits Competitive salary as per industry standards.
