Role Overview The HR Generalist will support and manage daily HR operations, recruitment activities, and employee engagement initiatives. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain HR processes efficiently in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and follow-ups. Handle onboarding processes, documentation, induction, and HR record updates. Maintain candidate databases, HRMS records, and recruitment trackers. Support attendance management, leave tracking, and payroll coordination. Oversee employee documentation including offer letters, confirmations, and other HR letters. Assist with employee engagement activities, team events, and internal communication. Manage exit formalities, documentation, and compliance-related processes. Coordinate with external vendors for HR-related services, invoices, and agreements. Qualifications / Requirements Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, or HR Generalist roles. Understanding of HR processes, documentation, and HR lifecycle management. Familiarity with HRMS tools and basic statutory compliance. Key Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good organizational skills with an ability to multitask. Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
