Role Overview The Human Resources Generalist will support and manage HR operations, recruitment processes, documentation, and employee engagement initiatives. The role is ideal for individuals looking to build or advance their HR career in a dynamic startup environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination including job postings, scheduling, communication, and follow-ups. Facilitate smooth onboarding processes and complete all HR-related documentation. Maintain updated and accurate employee records, attendance logs, and leave management data. Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and standard operating processes (SOPs). Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Ensure HR compliance through proper handling of offer letters, contracts, ID proof collection, and documentation. Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Knowledge of HR policies, HR management processes, and employee benefits administration. Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with attention to detail. HR certifications or training are an added advantage. Key Skills Understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to multitask and handle HR operations independently.
