Role Overview The Human Resource Generalist Intern will support the HR Generalist and HR Manager across daily HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding processes, and HR documentation. This internship is designed for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in HR while contributing to a dynamic and people-focused organization. Key Responsibilities HR Operations Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records using the company's HRIS and related systems. Ensure timely completion and proper filing of onboarding documentation. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security policies for sensitive HR information. Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities to support positive culture-building. Qualifications / Requirements Postgraduate degree with preference for MBA in Human Resources. Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with HR information systems is preferred.
