Role Overview
The Human Resources Generalist will play a vital role in managing HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will support both employees and leadership, ensuring a seamless HR experience from hiring to ongoing workforce support. This role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, tech-driven, and startup environments.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee day-to-day HR administrative functions and ensure adherence to company HR policies.
Maintain accurate employee records, documents, and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, HR policies, and internal processes.
Employee Engagement & Experience
Drive engagement initiatives, cultural programs, and employee communication activities.
Support leadership in creating a positive, high-performance workplace culture.
Address employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
Recruitment & Hiring
Support end-to-end hiring activities including sourcing, coordination, documentation, and onboarding.
Maintain structured hiring processes aligned with company standards.
Benefits Management
Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist employees with benefits-related queries and ensure smooth handling of benefits documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in Human Resources (HR) or HR Generalist roles.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee benefits, and HR operations.
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Experience working in technology or startup environments is an added advantage.
