To support our rapid expansion, we are strengthening our in-house consultation team with experienced legal professionals. 🔹 Position: Subject Matter Expert (In-House Advocate – Property Legal & Contracts) We are looking for qualified advocates with 1–3 years of experience in property law, contracts, and legal documentation. This role involves providing expert legal consultation to customers, simplifying complex property-related issues, and supporting internal teams to deliver seamless service. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Provide telephonic and video-based legal consultations to customers on: Sale, purchase, gift, and lease deeds Drafting and reviewing legal agreements Property documentation and basic contract queries Understand customer requirements and suggest the right legal service package Collaborate with Sales & Service teams for smooth customer transitions and conversions Review customer documents and highlight legal findings, discrepancies, or risks Maintain detailed call notes and consultation summaries in CRM systems Coordinate with external advocates or empanelled legal partners when necessary Uphold high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and customer-first communication 🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications LL.B / B.L degree from a recognized university 1–3 years of experience in property law, civil practice, or legal drafting Strong knowledge of conveyancing, contracts, and property documentation Excellent communication and active listening skills Ability to explain legal concepts in a simple and clear manner Customer-focused, patient, and solution-driven Comfortable using CRM tools and working in structured processes 🔹 Why Join NoBroker?
