About the Role
Flying Lion Media is seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms to drive brand visibility, engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, web, and display advertising.
Create, manage, and optimize the organization’s social media presence across platforms.
Monitor, measure, and report campaign performance using ROI and KPI metrics.
Identify marketing trends, insights, and optimization opportunities to improve campaign efficiency.
Brainstorm and implement innovative digital growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and conversion optimization experiments.
Collaborate with internal teams to create effective landing pages and improve the user experience.
Evaluate customer experience across all digital channels and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze user funnels, identify drop-off points, and drive funnel optimization.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendor partners to support digital initiatives.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend adoption when relevant.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Postgraduate degree preferable but not mandatory.
0–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or related areas.
