Job Summary
Zebronics is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive (Hindi Speaking) to support ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to campaign execution, brand promotions, event coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
ATL (Above-the-Line) Activities
Assist in planning and coordinating mass media advertising including TV, print, radio, and digital.
Support creative briefings, media planning, and execution of ATL campaigns.
Track advertisement placements, monitor campaign performance, and collect analytical data.
Coordinate with creative and media agencies for artwork, assets, and timelines.
BTL (Below-the-Line) Activities
Support on-ground activations such as mall events, exhibitions, trade shows, and roadshows.
Assist with POS displays, in-store branding, dealer promotions, and trade marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with vendors, promoters, and event partners for smooth execution.
Ensure consistent brand visibility across retail outlets and event locations.
Gather customer feedback, market insights, and competitor activity reports during field events.
Skills & Competencies Required
Strong communication skills with proficiency in Hindi (mandatory).
Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Creativity with strong attention to detail.
Basic understanding of marketing concepts (ATL/BTL).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Willingness to travel for on-ground marketing campaigns and events.

UG: Any Graduate
