Job Summary StudyMEDIC Academy is looking for a talented and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will manage SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media, and performance marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate quality student leads, and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities Digital Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and social media. Manage SEO/SEM activities such as keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and search engine rankings. Monitor and enhance PPC campaigns to drive traffic, lead generation, and conversions. Social Media & Content Marketing Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase engagement and reach. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content that supports campaign goals. Track social media performance and recommend improvements. Analytics & Performance Tracking Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools to evaluate campaign performance. Prepare reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, CPL, CPA, and ROI. Continuously optimize campaigns based on insights and trends. Lead Generation & Growth Strategies Develop and implement lead generation strategies for student enrollments. Improve landing pages, funnels, and campaign user experience to enhance conversions. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and algorithm changes. Required Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (mandatory). 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, PPC, and social media marketing. Strong analytical skills with experience using digital marketing and reporting tools. Ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation. Knowledge of YouTube marketing, performance marketing, and affiliate marketing is a plus. Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
