Job Overview
Zenplus is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Legal Executive to support legal operations, ensure organizational compliance, and manage documentation, contracts, and legal risks. The role involves research, drafting, case management, compliance monitoring, and cross-functional communication.
🔶 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Legal Research
Conduct research on laws, regulations, rulings, and legal precedents.
Analyze and summarize legal information for internal use.
Stay updated on new legal developments relevant to the organization.
2️⃣ Document Drafting
Draft legal documents such as agreements, contracts, notices, and internal memos.
Assist in reviewing and editing documents prepared by team members.
3️⃣ Contract Management
Support negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Maintain accurate documentation of contract versions and approvals.
4️⃣ Compliance Management
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company compliance.
Assist in creating and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
Support internal audits and compliance reporting.
5️⃣ Case & Litigation Support
Prepare legal documents for litigation, hearings, and external counsel coordination.
Manage case files, documentation, timelines, and court-related requirements.
6️⃣ Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain legal records, schedules, and documentation.
Arrange meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth team operations.
7️⃣ Communication & Reporting
Communicate with internal teams and external legal entities on legal matters.
Prepare legal reports, updates, and summaries for management review.
8️⃣ Risk Assessment
Identify potential legal risks impacting the organization.
Work with legal leadership to recommend risk mitigation strategies.
9️⃣ Training & Awareness
Conduct training sessions on legal compliance and policy updates.
Update employees on changes in regulations affecting business operations.
🔶 Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in LLB (Any Specialization).
Experience: 1–5 years in legal operations or similar roles.
Strong legal drafting, research, and documentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Sharp attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with legal software, research tools, and documentation systems.
