Role & Responsibilities
SAP SD & Billing Management
Handle end-to-end SAP Billing activities accurately and efficiently.
Manage Sales & Distribution (SD) processes including order management, delivery, invoicing, and customer account updates.
Ensure timely processing of sales orders, dispatch details, and billing documents.
Sales & Distribution Support
Provide operational support for SAP SD transactions, ensuring smooth flow between sales, logistics, and finance teams.
Resolve issues related to pricing, order processing, credit limits, and invoicing.
Customer Service
Address and resolve customer billing queries in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high service levels.
Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate billing data and sales records.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS, etc.).
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Process Improvement
Identify system or process gaps and work with the team to implement improvements.
Support audits and compliance checks related to billing and sales transactions.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in B.Com or any relevant specialization.
Hands-on experience in SAP SD, SAP Billing, Sales Order Management.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (must have).
Good communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional coordination.
Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
