Job Overview The SAP SD Consultant will be responsible for managing end-to-end Sales & Distribution (SD) processes, troubleshooting errors, and supporting the Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles. The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of SAP SD modules, T-codes, and issue resolution. The consultant will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with internal teams and ensuring smooth business operations. Cab facility is available for eligible employees. Roles & Responsibilities SAP SD Operations Manage and support all activities in the SAP SD module, ensuring smooth functioning of sales and distribution operations. Execute and monitor SAP T-Codes related to SD processes. Handle Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles effectively. Issue & Error Handling Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD-related issues in real time. Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure timely error resolution. Shipping & Documentation Support shipping-related processes within SAP (added advantage). Maintain accurate documentation for SD configurations, workflows, and issue logs. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with sales, procurement, logistics, and technical teams. Provide system support, process clarifications, and enhancements. Additional Responsibilities Participate in system upgrades, testing (UAT/SIT), and process improvements. Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and project standards. Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD. Strong working knowledge of T-Codes, O2C & P2P cycles. Experience in error handling and business process support. Exposure to shipping processes is a plus. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
