Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate SAP Trainer with expertise in one or more SAP modules such as FICO, MM, and SD. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions, preparing trainees for industry roles, and creating effective learning material. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and simplifying complex SAP concepts for learners. Key Responsibilities Training Delivery Conduct classroom and online training sessions on SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD). Explain complex concepts using real-time examples and case studies. Provide one-on-one mentoring and doubt-clearing support to trainees. Content Development Create, update, and enhance training materials, lesson plans, presentations, and assessments. Ensure all training content aligns with current SAP standards and industry practices. Trainee Management Evaluate trainee performance through tests and project assessments. Provide constructive feedback and guide trainees towards improvement. Ensure participants are industry-ready by the end of the training program. Industry Alignment Stay updated on the latest SAP versions, tools, and project scenarios. Introduce real-time business processes to enhance practical learning. Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline. 1–3 years of hands-on SAP experience (FICO/MM/SD). Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is highly preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to simplify complex topics and maintain trainee engagement. Passion for teaching and dedication to building future SAP professionals.
