Job Overview Fullestop is seeking a skilled and analytical Digital Marketing Professional to support SEO initiatives, content optimization, and digital growth strategies. The ideal candidate will drive organic performance, support content teams, and use data-driven insights to enhance brand visibility and website ranking. Key Responsibilities SEO & Website Optimization Conduct on-site and off-site SEO analysis for competitive benchmarking. Perform keyword research, discovery, expansion, and optimization. Improve organic ranking, website visibility, and search performance. Optimize website structure, metadata, and keyword placement across content. Backlink & Off-Page Activities Create high-quality, relevant backlinks to strengthen domain authority. Research competitor backlinks and adjust strategies accordingly. Execute off-page SEO techniques to improve SERP rankings. Content & Collaboration Assist editorial teams with blog content, keyword mapping, and SEO alignment. Drive SEO best practices across content creation and programming. Coordinate with marketing teams for brand awareness and content marketing strategies. Analytics & Reporting Track, measure, and report website analytics and organic campaign performance. Analyze trends, user behavior, and performance insights to optimize marketing activities. Provide data-backed recommendations for improvement. Brand Visibility & Research Enhance brand awareness through SEO-driven strategies. Conduct competitor research to understand market trends and opportunities. Support the development of digital strategies to improve brand growth. Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills Strong knowledge of SEO strategies (on-page & off-page). Experience with keyword research tools and analytics platforms. Understanding of web technologies and digital marketing concepts. Additional Skills Analytical mindset with strong research capabilities. Ability to work across content, editorial, and marketing teams. Familiarity with programming basics or CMS tools is a plus. Good communication and documentation skills. Education UG: Any Graduate PG: Any Postgraduate (preferred but not mandatory)
