Job Overview The Digital Marketing Team Leader will manage and grow affiliate partnerships, drive sales KPIs, and lead a high-performing digital sales team. The role requires strong experience in affiliate marketing, campaign optimization, and relationship management to meet revenue and performance targets. Key Responsibilities Acquire, onboard, and manage new affiliates while expanding the sales pipeline. Build strong relationships with existing affiliates to scale revenue through upselling and retention. Lead and mentor a team of digital sales/affiliate executives to achieve performance goals. Own digital sales KPIs including revenue, margins, and conversions. Negotiate affiliate payouts, close deals, and deliver on advertiser and affiliate targets. Optimize CPA, CPL, and CPS campaign models for maximum performance. Work hands-on with affiliate platforms such as Trackier, Everflow, HasOffers/Tune, and Redtrack. Maintain strong coordination with advertisers, ensuring campaign objectives are met. Analyze performance data and present actionable insights. Requirements Strong background in Affiliate Marketing, Digital Sales, or Ad Sales. Hands-on working experience with CPA, CPL, and CPS campaign models. Proficiency with affiliate platforms like Trackier, Everflow, HasOffers/Tune, or Redtrack. Proven track record of driving revenue and meeting sales targets. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Ability to lead, coach, and build a performance-oriented team. Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
