Job Title: Trainee Node.js Developer Company : Techies Infotech Location : Ahmedabad Duration : 6 Months Training / Internship Stipend : ₹12,000 per month Post Internship (Full-time Offer) : CTC – ₹3 LPA (based on performance) About the Role * Techies Infotech is looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our backend development team as Trainee Node.js Developers. * This 6-month program offers hands-on experience in backend engineering, API development, database management, and modern JavaScript frameworks. * This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or aspiring developers who want to build a career in backend development. Exceptional performers will be offered a full-time Node.js Developer position after successful completion of the program. Key Responsibilities * Assist in developing and maintaining backend services using Node.js and frameworks like Express.js or Nest.js. * Support in designing, building, and managing RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications. * Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate server-side logic with user-facing features. * Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL for data management and queries. * Debug, test, and optimize backend code for reliability and performance. * Follow best practices for security, authentication, and API design. * Participate in daily standups, code reviews, and team discussions. * Stay updated with latest trends and advancements in backend technologies. Candidate Requirements * Basic understanding of JavaScript, Node.js, and backend development concepts. * Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and database management systems (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL). * Knowledge of Express.js or similar frameworks is a plus. * Understanding of Git version control and command-line operations. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. * Eagerness to learn new technologies and work in a collaborative Agile environment. * A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. * Prior internship experience or personal backend projects will be an added advantage.
