Job Summary Bookxpert is looking for proactive and detail-oriented Female HR Generalists (Fresher/Experienced) to support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, employee records, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a willingness to learn and take ownership. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete hiring process: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Coordinate employee training, development, and engagement activities. Maintain HRIS, employee records, documentation, and HR reports. Handle exit formalities and conduct exit interviews. Perform data entry, administrative responsibilities, and assigned HR tasks. Support campus drives and recruitment initiatives when required. Candidate Requirements Any Graduate/Post-Graduate (Commerce or HR specialization preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel for recruitment and campus drives. Good analytical, observational, and administrative abilities.
