Job Overview
Kotak Life Insurance is hiring an HR Recruitment Generalist to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle and support the organization’s talent acquisition goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience handling multiple hiring requirements efficiently. Candidates with consultancy recruitment experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Prepare and post job descriptions across job portals and networks.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support offer discussions and coordinate onboarding formalities.
Generate and share recruitment MIS reports and hiring updates.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement efforts.
Ensure fair, transparent, and compliant hiring practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in recruitment consultancy is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, and Hindi.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Graduate or Postgraduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.
Education
PG: MBA/PGDM in any specialization preferred.
