Job Overview Instasafe Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic HR Generalist – Trainee to support core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management processes. Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Support onboarding processes and documentation for new hires. Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR database regularly. Assist in performance management activities and follow-up tasks. Organize and support employee engagement initiatives and internal events. Contribute to daily HR operations and administrative tasks. Ensure timely completion of HR documentation and compliance requirements. Preferred Candidate Profile Any graduate with interest in HR operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time management abilities. Basic understanding of HR functions is an added advantage. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
