Description

Role Overview Bulk MRO is seeking an experienced HR Executive & Generalist to manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of HR best practices, and the ability to collaborate across teams. 📌 Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end hiring: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing & selection. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future openings. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports. 2. HR Operations & Compliance Manage employee attendance, leaves, and HRIS records. Handle onboarding documentation, induction, offer & appointment letters. Manage exit formalities: exit interviews, clearance, F&F coordination. Prepare HR reports: headcount, turnover, and HR metrics. Support PF, ESIC, compliance, vendor coordination, and timely statutory payments. Address employee queries regarding policies and HR processes. Assist in organizing training & development programs. 3. Employee Engagement & Admin Coordination Coordinate monthly/quarterly employee engagement activities. Work with Admin on travel, reimbursements, and office events. Foster a positive work culture through employee relations initiatives. Support the HR Head with additional tasks as needed. 📌 Requirements 1–3 years of experience as HR Executive/HR Generalist. Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and HRIS. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks.
