*Job Title: Trainee Project Coordinator* *Company* : Techies Infotech *Location* : Ahmedabad *Duration* : 6 Months Training / Internship *Stipend* : ₹12,000 per month *Post Internship (Full-time Offer)* : CTC – 3 to 4 LPA (Based on Performance) *About the Role* * Techies Infotech is looking for proactive and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Trainee Project Coordinators. * This 6-month training program offers hands-on exposure to project planning, task coordination, communication management, and project execution across various domains. * The role is ideal for fresh graduates or aspiring project management professionals who want to learn how to manage projects effectively while working with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and business teams. * High-performing trainees will be offered a full-time Project Coordinator role after successful completion of the program. *Key Responsibilities* * Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities and deliverables. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks as per requirements. * Maintain organized project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and task logs. * Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and communicate issues promptly. * Support in creating project plans, timelines, trackers, dashboards, and status reports. * Facilitate seamless communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders. * Participate in client and internal meetings, recording minutes, action items, and follow-ups. * Learn and work on project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project. *Candidate Requirements* * Basic understanding of project management principles and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). * Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. * Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools. * Familiarity with project tracking tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, etc.) is a plus. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative Agile environment. * A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field is preferred. * Internship experience or academic projects related to project coordination will be an added advantage. *Perks and Benefits* * Hands-on exposure to real-world project coordination and management processes. * Mentorship from experienced project managers and senior team members. * Internship certificate upon successful completion. * Pre-placement offer (CTC – ₹3 LPA) based on performance. * Opportunity to gain experience with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.
