Job Summary We are hiring an HR Generalist / HR Officer to support HR operations for DMart Ready in Mumbai. The role involves end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll support, employee grievance handling, and compliance. This position is ideal for HR professionals who have strong coordination skills, can manage confidential data, and support a fast-paced retail environment. 🎯 Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage hiring of third-party/contractual workforce. Conduct new employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation. Ensure timely joining formalities and smooth induction. 2. Attendance & Time Office Management Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and time office data. Coordinate with teams to ensure accurate shift and attendance updates. Support payroll team with verified attendance inputs. 3. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling Address employee queries across levels. Handle grievances with sensitivity and ensure timely resolution. Monitor employee morale and workplace culture. 4. HR Operations & Compliance Assist in payroll processing and coordination. Maintain HRMIS / employee data records. Support statutory compliance requirements and audits. 5. Exit Management Conduct exit interviews and capture feedback. Recommend corrective measures to reduce attrition where required. 📚 Required Qualifications & Skills Education Any Graduate (HR specialization preferred). Experience 1–5 years of HR generalist or HR operations experience. Experience in compliance, payroll support, attendance management preferred.
