Job Summary Tint Tone & Shade is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance, compliance, and payroll coordination. This role requires strong communication, HR process knowledge, and the ability to support multiple functions within a growing organization. 🎯 Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the complete hiring cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Lead joining formalities and induction for new hires. 2. Employee Life Cycle Management Maintain employee records in HRMS, including personal data, attendance, and leave. Handle confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities. Ensure smooth offboarding, including clearance and documentation. 3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support Update and verify attendance, leave records, and shift schedules. Support payroll team with accurate monthly inputs. Coordinate salary-related queries. 4. Employee Engagement & Culture Plan and execute employee engagement, events, and welfare initiatives. Promote a positive work culture through regular interaction and feedback. 5. Performance & Training Assist in performance appraisal cycles and ensuring timely evaluations. Help coordinate learning and development activities. 6. Compliance & HR Documentation Ensure adherence to labour laws and organizational HR policies. Maintain HR documents, audit reports, and statutory records. Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and monthly reports. 7. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling Address employee concerns with confidentiality and sensitivity. Act as first point of contact for HR-related queries. 📚 Required Qualifications & Skills Education MBA/PGDM in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field. Experience 1–5 years in HR operations, HR generalist profile, or HR coordination roles.
