*Job Title: HR Intern / Trainee* *Company* : KARNEX Software Solutions Private Limited *Location* : Baner, Pune *Duration* : 6 Months Training / Internship *Stipend* : ₹12,000 per month *Post Internship (Full-time Offer)* : CTC – 3 to 4 LPA (Based on Performance) *Working Model* : Work From Office *Joining* : Immediate Joiners Preferred *About the Role* * Internship for fresh graduates to gain hands-on HR experience * Exposure to end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and administration * High-performing interns may be offered full-time HR roles after internship *Key Responsibilities* * Source candidate profiles from portals and social platforms * Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates * Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and technical panel * Support and manage walk-in interviews * Assist in campus hiring activities * Maintain HR documentation and candidate records * Coordinate availability of internal associates for interviews * Follow up on internal readiness for client/customer interviews * Provide HR administrative support as required * Act as a communication link between candidates and internal teams *Candidate Requirements* * Fresh graduates in HR, Business Administration, or related fields * Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills * Responsible, flexible, and self-motivated * Ability to understand basic technical job requirements * Strong coordination, multitasking, and time-management abilities * Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools is a plus * Internship experience or academic exposure to HR is an added advantage * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment *Perks & Benefits* * Hands-on experience in HR operations and talent acquisition * Mentorship from experienced HR professionals * Internship certificate upon successful completion * Pre-placement offer (CTC – 3 to 4 LPA) based on performance * Opportunity to learn real-world HR practices in a dynamic IT environment
