Description

Job Summary We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalists to manage end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management, training, and compliance. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career HR professionals who have hands-on practical knowledge of HR generalist activities and HR analytics. 🎯 Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Source, screen, and short-list candidates through job portals and professional networks. Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and assist in selection processes. Support onboarding, document collection, and induction activities. 2. Payroll & Compensation Support Assist in payroll processing and salary calculations. Prepare & verify attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift data. Support CTC structure creation and compensation planning. 3. Statutory Compliance Assist in EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other statutory submissions. Maintain compliance-related documents and audit readiness. Coordinate with external consultants when required. 4. Employee Life Cycle Management Maintain employee records in HRMS. Handle confirmations, transfers, role changes, and exit procedures. Prepare experience letters, F&F documents as required. 5. HR Operations & HR Analytics Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics. Work on Excel for data cleaning, payroll sheets, and analysis. Track HR metrics like attrition, attendance trends, recruitment stats. 6. Employee Engagement & Training Plan and coordinate engagement initiatives, events, and activities. Support training & development (T&D) programs. Communicate policies, circulars, and HR guidelines effectively. 7. Performance Management System (PMS) Support goal setting, KPI tracking, and performance reviews. Assist managers and employees in the appraisal process. 📚 Required Skills & Qualifications Education Any Graduate or Post Graduate (MBA HR preferred). Experience 0–2 years in HR operations / HR generalist / HR analytics roles. Freshers with practical HR knowledge/training can apply.
