Job Summary SBI Life is looking for an organized, dynamic, and people-oriented HR Generalist to manage core HR operations across the employee lifecycle—from recruitment to exit. The role demands strong coordination skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage employee relations while ensuring timely completion of HR processes (TAT). 🎯 Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End HR Operations Manage employee lifecycle processes including hiring, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities. Maintain HR databases, employee records, and documentation accuracy. 2. Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate recruitment activities such as screening, interview scheduling, and offer process. Conduct joining formalities, induction, and orientation programs. 3. Employee Relations & Engagement Handle employee concerns, grievances, and basic conflict resolution. Support HR engagement initiatives, team activities, and company-wide events. 4. Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with internal teams (HR, Admin, Payroll, Departments) to ensure smooth HR operations. Coordinate with external vendors/consultants for compliance, documentation, and statutory needs. Ensure all activities are completed within defined Turn-Around Time (TAT). 5. HR Compliance & Processes Support HR audits, PF/ESIC documentation, and statutory compliance. Maintain confidentiality in handling employee information. Assist in policy communication and implementation. 6. Exit Management Conduct exit formalities, clearance, and documentation. Capture employee feedback through exit interviews. 📚 Required Qualifications & Skills Education MBA/PGDM in HR / Industrial Relations (preferred) Experience 1–5 years in HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.
