Job Summary
Evnek is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and assist with ongoing HR projects.
This internship provides practical exposure across all core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and policy development—ideal for freshers who want to start a career in HR.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
Support new employee joining formalities and orientation.
Prepare onboarding documents and ensure smooth induction.
Assist in exit processes, documentation, and feedback collection.
3. HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
Assist with drafting and updating HR policies and manuals.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and administrative documents.
4. Employee Engagement
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Support team-building initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
5. HR Projects
Conduct research for ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
Support implementation of new HR processes and systems.
6. General Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day support to the HR team as required.
Assist in coordinating meetings, trainings, and communication.

Education
Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Skills Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
