Job Summary Hinduja Leyland Finance is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Executive to support legal operations, field activities, and compliance tasks. This role includes court-related work, stakeholder coordination, documentation, legal research, and MIS management. Suitable for fresh law graduates or early-career legal professionals interested in NBFC legal operations. ๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities 1. Field Work & Court Coordination Visit courts, police stations, and other authorities as required. Coordinate legal activities for ongoing cases and proceedings. Follow up with external lawyers and stakeholders regarding case progress. 2. Stakeholder Liaison Act as a bridge between internal teams, external counsels, and regulatory offices. Communicate case updates and legal requirements to concerned departments. 3. Legal Documentation Draft, prepare, and review legal documents, notices, and agreements. Manage legal files, case papers, and documentation accuracy. 4. MIS & Reporting Maintain MIS records for legal cases, status updates, and field activities. Prepare legal reports for management review. 5. Compliance Support Assist in ensuring adherence to NBFC compliance guidelines. Update team on legal changes affecting business operations. ๐Ÿ“š Preferred Candidate Profile Education LLB or LLM (Mandatory) โ€“ any specialization. Experience 0โ€“2 years of experience in legal operations / litigation support. Freshers with strong legal knowledge or internship experience may apply.
