*About the Role*
The HR Enabler Analyst will be responsible for supporting core HR operations for North America employees by executing Workday transactions, managing employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring data accuracy. This role ensures smooth HR service delivery by coordinating with HR Partners, Case Managers, and other stakeholders, while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency across HR functions.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Initiate and process HR transactions in Workday including job changes, promotions, transfers, separations, and compensation updates.
* Validate, update, and maintain employee records, ensuring alignment with organizational structures, job families, and cost centers.
* Support both global and local exit processes, including separation initiation, resignation rescinding, and coordination with Case Managers and HR Partners.
* Monitor Workday business processes and generate operational and compliance reports.
* Process employee change requests using Workday and ServiceNow, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
* Collaborate with HR Partners and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations, clarify process ownership, and ensure service quality.
* Track daily activities, monitor case progress, prioritize tasks, and ensure compliance with country-specific regulations.
* Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and data analytics to support HR operations.
*Requirements*
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or Workday HR processes.
* Hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and data accuracy.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to handle confidential information.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities, and build strong client relationships.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting).
