Job Overview The SAP ABAP – Trainee/Associate Consultant will work on SAP technical development activities, including coding, enhancements, integrations, form developments, and modern ABAP methodologies. The role is open to freshers who are trained in SAP ABAP and to candidates with up to three years of hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities ABAP Development Develop, test, and deploy custom SAP ABAP programs based on business requirements. Work on classical and modern ABAP including: OO ABAP ABAP on HANA Enhancements, User Exits, BADIs Forms & Reports Develop and maintain SmartForms, Adobe Forms, ALV Reports, and Classical Reports. Integration & Modern Frameworks Work with integration technologies such as OData services and BAPIs. Support development using advanced frameworks like: SAP RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model) CDS Views AMDP BTP Integration SAPUI5 (optional advantage) Technical Analysis Perform technical troubleshooting and debugging of ABAP code. Review functional specifications and convert them into technical objects. Collaboration Work closely with functional consultants and project teams to ensure timely delivery. Participate in code reviews, documentation, and project meetings. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP, including Data Dictionary, Reports, Module Pool, and Enhancements. Understanding of modern ABAP concepts such as: CDS Views OData RAP AMDP BAPIs Knowledge of SAPUI5, Fiori, or BTP is an added advantage. Education Any Graduate (B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, etc.) Experience 0–3 years of experience in SAP ABAP development. Trained freshers with ABAP knowledge are strongly encouraged to apply.
