About the Role
The Human Resources Generalist role involves managing core HR functions, ensuring smooth onboarding, maintaining employee records, supporting performance management, and handling employee relations. The position requires strong communication skills, HR knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with managers to support organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Support recruitment activities when required.
Conduct and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
Ensure all documentation, system access, and initial training are completed on time.
HR Operations & Administration
Administer employee benefits, insurance, compensation-related queries, and leave management.
Maintain accurate employee records including personal files, attendance, leave data, and performance documents in HRIS systems.
Generate HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and leave balances.
Employee Relations
Address employee grievances promptly and professionally.
Mediate conflicts and provide HR guidance to employees and managers.
Support employee engagement, wellness, and culture-building activities.
Performance Management
Support performance review cycles, feedback processes, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
Compliance & Offboarding
Ensure compliance with statutory and labor regulations as well as company policies.
Update policies as needed based on changes in laws.
Manage complete offboarding including exit interviews, asset handover, clearance, and termination documentation.
Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills
Experience using HRIS or digital HR management tools.

Understanding of payroll basics, benefits, and statutory compliance.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations.
Experience in onboarding, employee documentation, and HR compliance is preferred.
