About the Role
The Human Resources Generalist (Junior Role) will support HR operations and employee lifecycle management across hiring, documentation, onboarding, compliance, and daily HR activities. The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with managers to address HR needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, documentation, and record maintenance.
Maintain and update employee files, HRIS entries, and compliance documents.
Ensure all employee-related information is accurate, complete, and securely stored.
HR Documentation & Administration
Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, ID creation, onboarding kits, and policy acknowledgements.
Support the administration of benefits, leave management, and employee queries.
Compliance & Policy Adherence
Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams to implement updates in policies and HR practices.
Employee Support & Engagement
Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
Assist in execution of employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Support grievance handling and ensure smooth issue resolution.
Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with managers to understand HR requirements and provide timely support.
Prepare HR reports related to attendance, headcount, documentation status, and compliance updates.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage documentation, records, and compliance with attention to detail.
Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
