About the Role
The Human Resource Generalist will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and employees by managing HR operations, ensuring compliance, resolving employee relations issues, and supporting regional and global HR initiatives. This role requires strong judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage sensitive, confidential HR matters while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnership
Build effective partnerships with management to understand workforce needs and recommend HR solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, compliance requirements, and performance management.
Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
Manage accurate and timely processing of new hires, exits, internal changes, and other lifecycle actions.
Conduct detailed investigations for employee relations issues, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
Support onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, and process adherence.
Compliance & Process Management
Ensure HR practices, policies, and procedures comply with internal standards and local regulations.
Conduct periodic internal audits to validate data accuracy and compliance.
Maintain HR systems, personnel files, and records per legal and corporate requirements.
HR Systems & Training
Train managers and employees on Mouser’s HR systems, tools, and processes.
Support the rollout of HR policies, initiatives, and corporate-level programs.
Reporting & Projects
Assist regional and corporate HR teams with policy updates, change management, and special HR projects.
Prepare HR reports and analytics as required to support decision-making.
Stakeholder Management
Demonstrate professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive situations.
Maintain strong communication and service orientation while interacting with employees and internal teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration (preferred).
Strong communication skills in English and local languages (written and verbal).
High-level interpersonal skills with a strong focus on conflict resolution and employee relations.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Sound judgment, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of HR practices, SOPs, statutory compliance, and local labor regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
