Position Overview
The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, and HR operations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, detail orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the organization.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for final selections.
Onboarding & Induction
Conduct new hire onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and documentation.
HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain employee records, HR files, and system data with accuracy.
Prepare HR letters, contracts, and documentation as required.
Payroll & Attendance Support
Coordinate with payroll teams for monthly salary inputs.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and ensure timely updates.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries and provide HR support on policies and procedures.
Assist in handling grievances and escalating issues when necessary.
Performance Management
Support yearly and mid-year performance review processes.
Assist in collecting data, maintaining evaluation records, and tracking progress.
Employee Engagement
Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities and internal events.
Promote a positive work culture through continuous engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or related HR roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and HR software/applications.
Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
