Role Overview
The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will support the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of SuccessFactors modules. The role involves close collaboration with HR teams, business stakeholders, and project leads to ensure seamless HR process transformation within the SuccessFactors environment.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration
Assist in the design, setup, and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules, primarily Employee Central (EC).
Participate in end-to-end implementation cycles including requirement gathering, design workshops, testing, and deployment.
Customize system settings based on functional requirements and business processes.
Support & Optimization
Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SuccessFactors modules.
Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and data validation.
Recommend improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with HR teams, business users, and project managers to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
Document business requirements, process flows, configuration steps, and training materials.
Support end-user training sessions and post-go-live activities.
Required Skills & Competencies
Hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central (EC).
Understanding of HR processes and HRIS concepts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
UG: Any Graduate (preferred: HR, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration)
SAP SuccessFactors certification (preferred, not mandatory)
1–2 years of professional experience in SuccessFactors or HR technology consulting
