Role Overview
SteerLean is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Global Benefits to support the design, implementation, and optimization of SuccessFactors modules. The role requires deep functional understanding, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience working with global HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Implementation
Design, configure, and deploy SAP SuccessFactors solutions for Global Benefits management.
Analyze business requirements, conduct workshops, and translate functional needs into viable system configurations.
Ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors and other HR/enterprise systems.
Support & Troubleshooting
Provide day-to-day support for SuccessFactors Global Benefits and related modules.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve functional or integration issues.
Conduct testing (SIT, UAT) and guide users through validation cycles.
Documentation & Training
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and release notes.
Deliver end-user training and create user-friendly learning materials.
Support change management activities and post-go-live stabilization.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with HR teams, cross-functional business stakeholders, and technical teams.
Participate in global rollout initiatives and system enhancement projects.
Provide expert recommendations to improve benefits administration and HR processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience
1–3 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
Strong experience in Global Benefits configuration and support (mandatory).
Understanding of related modules such as Employee Central (EC), EIP, Payroll.
Experience with SAP HCM, LMS, or onboarding modules is an advantage.
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors data models, workflows, business rules, RBP, and integrations.
Ability to analyze complex HR processes and deliver scalable solutions.
Proficiency in troubleshooting functional and integration issues.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Education
UG: Any Graduate
PG: Preferred but not mandatory
Doctorate: Not Required
