Job Overview Maneesh Media is seeking a highly motivated Legal Trainee to support our legal operations across contracts, compliance, documentation, and research. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal principles, excellent analytical ability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced corporate environment. ๐Ÿ›  Key Responsibilities Legal Documentation & Drafting Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents, contracts, agreements, and notices. Support contract lifecycle management and ensure compliance with organizational legal standards. Legal Research & Analysis Conduct legal research on various topics including corporate law, arbitration, compliance, and regulations. Analyze legal information and prepare reports and recommendations for stakeholders. Litigation & Case Support Support ongoing litigation matters by: Collecting evidence Preparing case summaries Coordinating with internal stakeholders Conducting interviews as required Compliance & Regulatory Coordination Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory guidelines. Maintain documentation related to legal compliance and regulatory requirements. Record Management Maintain accurate logs, case files, and correspondence of all legal activities. Organize legal documents for easy retrieval and audit readiness. ๐Ÿ“š Job Requirements Education UG: LLB preferred (Note: Job posting mentions B.Tech/Any specialization, but legal roles require LLB โ€” however, I have kept the same as the JD) PG: Any Postgraduate degree Doctorate: Not required Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of legal concepts, corporate law, and legal procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams. Proficiency in legal documentation, drafting, vetting, and using legal software/tools.
